I initially joined with the goal of opening business and savings accounts, and I've since successfully managed separate accounts to achieve various financial goals. The team is consistently professional, responsive, and has been instrumental in my journey, providing two micro-loans for equipment and working capital. Whether I'm at the Bedford Stuyvesant or Bushwick branch, the staff is always upbeat and knowledgeable, making every interaction a pleasure. I worked with Asta who was wonderful and then spoke quickly with Roberto and Jesus who were great. Lots of options for savings, high yield savings and credit accounts.
